• Once your order has shipped you will be provided tracking information through PayPal. 

• I will not be responsible for your package once I ship your order. 

•Please track your package as soon as usps gets your package. 

•To get the current status of your package in transit go to www.usps.com enter your tracking number and sign up for alerts.

*ALL ORDERS ARE CHECKED TWICE DURING FULFILLMENT. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO NOTIFY ME THROUGH EMAIL OR INSTAGRAM TO LET ME KNOW THE ISSUE. IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON MY END, I WILL SHIP OUT THE MISSING ITEM WITH NO CHARGE TO YOU. IF YOU NOTIFY ME DAYS AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DATE I WILL NOT SEND MISSING ITEMS BECAUSE YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THOSE ITEMS MISSING ONCE YOU OPEN YOUR PACKAGE, NOT DAYS AFTER. 

If tracking shows delivered and it was sent to the address shown on your receipt, our shop does not replace or refund in the case you have not received it yet. USPS can show you GPS coordinates of where the order was dropped of in the case it was mis-delivered to a neighbor. If you believe the order was stolen off your porch, you would need to contact your local police department to file a police report.
